1 Return Eligibility

A return request may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The part received does not match the confirmed fitment for your vehicle as documented in your order.
  • The part arrived damaged or defective due to shipping or handling.
  • The wrong part was shipped compared to your confirmed order details.
  • The part is returned in the same condition as it was received β€” uninstalled, unmodified, and with all original packaging where applicable.

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, or used in any way.
  • Parts ordered based on incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer (wrong Year, Make, Model, or VIN).
  • Electrical components (sensors, modules, switches) once removed from packaging due to the nature of these items.
  • Parts sold as "as-is" with explicitly disclosed condition issues at the time of sale.
  • Returns requested outside the eligible return window.

3 Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted except in cases where a defect was not reasonably discoverable within the standard window.

4 How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to start a return:

    Contact UsCall +1 (807) 808-0130 or email leads@usedcarpartsusa.com with your order number and reason for return.

    Receive Return AuthorizationOur team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days if eligible.
  • 3
    Pack & ShipPack the part securely in its original packaging. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping.
  • 4
    Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and inspect the returned part, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped, fitment error on our part, or damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a customer error (wrong vehicle info provided, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Used Car Parts USA is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

6 Refund Process

Once your returned part is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.
  • Partial refunds may be issued where a part is returned in a condition different from when it was shipped.

7 Exchanges

If you need a different part or a replacement for the same part, please contact us directly. We will do our best to source the correct replacement and ship it as quickly as possible. Exchange availability is subject to inventory.

8 Damaged or Wrong Parts

If your part arrives damaged or is clearly the wrong item:

  • Take photos of the part and packaging immediately upon opening.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you β€” including return shipping.
